What an event! Our team of Manchester Dragoneers took part in the Vogalonga 2023 event in Venice.  The paddle was 30kms, but paddling to the start and returning from the finish added another 7kms to our paddle.  It took us just over 5 hours to complete and what an achievement.  It was a gorgeous day, not too hot and a nice breeze as we paddled around Murano and Burano before entering the Grand Canal.  A huge thank you to the Venice Canoe and Dragon Boat Club for making this happen for us.  Your organisation and hospitality of the teams, the boats and the crews was amazing.
